From open framing to white oak floors and a green-tiled bathroom. Two site visits, a few months apart.

The first visit caught the house at framing: new walls, rough plumbing and electrical, and a concrete floor. The second caught white oak floors going down, the ceiling fixtures in, and the new bathroom being tiled in vertical green tile.
