Our story
Built on the complaint we kept hearing.

We have spent 35+ years building in this valley, and the practices that fix that are not complicated. Put the price in writing and hold it. Give people a schedule and update it honestly. You get a week by week plan on day one. When something moves, you hear it from us that day, not at the end.

You get your project manager's direct number. The same person from the first walkthrough to the final punch list.
A clean house every evening
Dust walls, floor protection, and a swept site before we leave. You live here. We build like it.
