A whole building renovation in Oakland
Every level of this building was rebuilt, and the project finishes on the roof.
The project
What we built in Oakland.
Everything in this multi-level Oakland building was touched: an open plan dining and living room under a skylight with built-in shelving and a fireplace, white kitchens with stone backsplashes, and bathrooms ranging from a floating dark vanity behind glass to a fluted walnut suite with a stone bench.
The finish is on the roof: a composite deck with frameless glass railing looking across the city. One contract carried the whole building, design, permits and every trade, which is the only sane way to renovate at this scale.
